9 to 5 Wellness is a podcast about the art and science of helping organizations grow their most important resource, their people. In this podcast we discuss how organizations can utilize the potential of wellbeing programs to deliver high return on investment (ROI) to employers. We talk about the radical impact that holistic employee wellbeing programs can have on overall quality of work and productivity. Our guests are C-suite leaders, and wellness innovators across the value chain: HR managers, wellness champions, community wellbeing ambassadors, service vendors, and wellness consultants.

My Why for Starting?

As a wellness consultant, I’ve experienced how a strategic wellbeing program can deliver great results. A program that looks at the overall needs of the employees and aligns with the organization, so that as the people grow the organization grows with it. My role as a wellness coach gives me a unique perspective on the pain points and opportunities facing employees as they seek to transform their health and fulfill their purpose through their work.
This podcast will provide a complete framework on how to implement a wellbeing program in your organization that focuses on all the dimensions of wellbeing and not just subsidizing gym memberships. We will uncover the process of creating a culture of wellbeing where everyone thrives.

9 to 5 Wellness is my contribution to the wellness industry, busy office workers, and C-suite leadership. This podcast is in service to hardworking employees and leaders of every organization who we aim to bring wellbeing and understanding through meaningful discussions with industry leaders.
