What makes 9 to 5 different?

Most corporate wellness vendors sell you a session. Here’s what you actually get.

Not generic wellness fluff

Built from real conversations, not a stock deck

Every tool is drawn from interviews with doctors, performance coaches, and executives on the 9 to 5 Wellness Podcast — tested with a real audience before it ever reaches your team.

Not a rotating cast of contractors

One expert, every time

Aesha delivers every workshop, keynote, and fitness session personally. Your team builds a relationship with one trusted voice, not a different freelancer each booking.

Not a one-and-done event

Built to outlast the session

Sessions can run weekly, not just once — and every engagement is tailored to the outcome you're actually trying to reach, not a fixed slide deck.

Not fitness or career development

Built at the intersection

A Master's in Exercise Science meets a top 1% Toastmasters designation — so the training speaks to how your team performs, not just how they feel.

What People Love About Us

Aesha is very knowledgeable and inspiring. I learned so much from her class and appreciated how she taught it. She said a lot in a short time but I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Everything you might be wondering?

Every engagement starts with a short conversation about what your team is actually up against and what outcome would make the session worth their time. From there, the content, examples, and takeaways are shaped around your industry and goals — using your team’s real work patterns instead of generic scenarios

Teams typically walk away with increased motivation and clarity, reduced stress and absenteeism, and stronger team dynamics — tools they can put into practice the same day, not just theory. For organizations investing in ongoing training, that translates into measurable productivty, more sustainable bottom line over time.

Start by scheduling a free consultation to talk through your team’s goals, timeline, and format — from there, you’ll get a tailored proposal with pricing and a suggested date. Once you confirm, the session is built around your team’s specific needs and delivered on the date you’ve set, virtually or on site.

Availability varies by season, so it’s best to confirm your preferred date on the consultation call — we recommend booking 4–6 weeks out when possible. Please contact me for details on my current availability and cancellation policy.

We maintain strict confidentiality and create a safe space for participants to share and engage, and any sensitive information is handled with care. If your organization requires a formal confidentiality or NDA agreement, that can be put in place before the engagement begins.
